State Chapter Challenge Check-In (H-D of Lynchburg)

The State Chapter Challenge is set for 20 April at Lynchburg Harley Davidson.We will have different groups going up and back at different days. This is because Lynchburg Harley will be having a bike night on 19 April, They will have food vendors, music and bike shows. Bike night will be from 6pm to 8:30pm. A group called ON3 will be playing with Ray's Burgers and Grill Food Truck, Also they are having a beer garden set up as well.

Hotels for the State Chapter Challenge are:

Hampton Inn and Suites Lynchburg Airport/University Area

$129.00 per night

Also Rick Potter got a block of rooms but the hotel has somehow messed up his block. My advise would be if you plan on going up go ahead and make your reservations now. There is no room code and the price is the same. Rooms at Quality Inn Lynchburg near University $103.00 per night

There will be a group going up 19 April, and a group going up the morning of 20 April

Check in will be from 9am - 1pm Awards will be given out at 2pm.
